• message => John, What a superb job on restoring my bruised and battered Chrominica! The job included a new comb and a new windsaver as well as a replacement slider, which I already knew about of course and all wrapped in a sturdy box on return. Your friendly manner and efficient service are not only a credit to you and your business but are becoming increasingly rare qualities in these strange times. I would certainly recommend you to anyone whose harmonica needs some t.l.c. or a major overhaul! With many thanks and kind regards, Roger, (Norwich.- address supplied)

Hi John
I just wanted to let you know that I've had food poisoning as well as a very sore throat that started this morning but I received the harmonica this morning and I am over the moon :) I'm flat on my back in bed and probably will be for a couple of days but as soon as I feel better I will make a payment through PayPal and give you a call so we can talk about your ability to perform miracles. I can't tell you how pleased I am. :) .My feeling is to go ahead and buy the metal cover plates as long as they aren't too expensive (no more than £50)so I can compare the two. And of course I will pay for them myself as you seem to have resolved the problem so it isn't down to the seller. I like the saying "I might not be able to fix it myself but I know a man who can".

Once again, many thanks

Hi John,
Just reached home and my wife had now picked it up from the post office. Tried it and WOW!
What a fantastic piece of work. Really unbelievable. Every single penny worth of what you modestly charged for the work. You are a master of your craft.
Best wishes

Hi John - please find payment for service replacement 8 windsavers etc on my Chromatic. . thankyou - plays beautifully now. I've chucked an extra £5. 00 on to get you a well deserved beverage ( or box of biscuits ) by way of thanks for a job well done. I'm packaging up a friends old Larry Adler for a full service - its all a bit sticky and hasn't been played for a long time so may need some extra special attention - please let me know what needs doing if in excess of a normal full service. . Many Thanks Kevin Scott

  " Hi John,

I have just received my harmonica back from your workshop and felt I must just send a short note to thank you.
I can remember my Father buying it in Dublin nearly sixty years ago, hence its sorry state having been in a draw for many years.
Not only was your service very quick but you seem to have sent me a new harmonica that now plays as good as the day it was made. Well done.
                 Best regards Trevor Humphries. "

Hi John, Thank you for the excellent job you did on my XB40. I am impressed by your workmanship and attention to detail. The service was quick and the charges were very reasonable. My harmonicas get a lot of wear and as prices go up it is becoming expensive to replace them, so I will certainly be using your services again. Many thanks and I wish you every success in the future.
